However, if customers purchased wrong products, customers can place order and purchase the correct DoYourData Software product, again. Then DoYourData Software will accept the wrong product's refund appliance and give the money back to you.
  2. Refund requests will be rejected with customers' malicious purchase-refund or fraudulent purchase etc behaviors.
  3. If customers fail to receive the download link and registration code within 1-2 hours after purchasing the product, please email us (to support@doyourdata.com or sales@doyourdata.com). DoYourData Software will assist you to get the download link and registration code. The refund policy is not applied to this situation.
  4. A customer refund request on complaint of credit card fraud/other unauthorized payment. As DoYourData Software cooperates with an independent payment platform, it's impossible to monitor authorization during payment. Once an order is processed and fulfilled, it can't be cancelled. However, DoYourData Software will exchange the purchased product for one the customer would like.
  5. A refund request on the complaint of price will not be accepted. For example: 1. The prices of DoYourData Software products include no tax. Due to different tax price in different countries, the final price of the product customers get may be higher than the marked price, which is because that the final price contains tax. 2. Due to exchange rate and other factors, the price of DoYourData Software products will be slightly different in different countries. 3. DoYourData Software has the right to raise or lower its products' prices and customers cannot request refund once the purchase process is done.
  6. No refund requests will be accepted when customers purchase the wrong product from DoYourData Software but not the wanted one from other companies.
  7. A refund request cannot be accepted due to technical trouble which is refused by customers to cooperate with DoYourData Software support team in attempts at troubleshooting by declining to offer detailed descriptions and information. DoYourData Software support team will provide solutions with the description of failed cases and screenshots provided by customers.
  8. Refund policy is not applied to the situations when customers are not satisfied with the invoice provided by the purchasing platform or dissatisfied with the customer services provided by the purchasing platform.
  9. Refund request which exceeds 30 days from the day of purchasing will not accepted.

Accepted Refund Circumstances

  1. Purchase of a 'wrong product' from DoYourData. In this case, you can buy a correct DoYourData Software product again. After this, DoYourData Software will refund the price of the wrong product for you.
  2. Purchase the same product for twice or buy one product repeatedly, DoYourData Software will refund for you.
  3. Customers can be refunded after contacting DoYourData Software customer service team and receiving no download link and registration code within 24 hours.
  4. Part or full price will be refund when the product fails to fix your problems and the DoYourData Software support team is out of solutions for solving your cases within 3 days either though you've got a full understanding of DoYourData Software products' functions and also purchased a correct product.

Please note that:

  1. All refund requests are only supported by DoYourData Software' authorised buy platform: mycommerce.com and Mac App Store.
  2. All refund process will be accomplished by mycommerce.com and Mac App Store. DoYourData Software will not ask for customers' account or refund for customers individually.
  3. Please check your account within 30 days when you cannot receive refund timely due to the buy platforms' system problems or other reasons.

What should you do when refund request is accepted?

Once the refund request is accepted, you are supposed to do the following jobs:

  1. Uninstall or remove DoYourData Software products from your device immediately. (Activate key will be banned too.)
  2. Please check your account within 30 days to see whether you've received the refunded or not.
