I Haven’t Received the Order Information after Purchase, What Should I do?

After completing the order, I don’t receive the order information, what should I do? How can I quickly get my license code, receipt/invoice and other information of the order?
Part I: Get the license code and other order information as soon as you complete the order
When you complete the order, you will see your license code, receipt and other order information. You can directly use the information to activate the software, print the receipt etc.
Part II: Order Email
After completing the order, you will receive an order email within a few minutes. The email contains all your order information. If you have not received the email, please check your inbox and trash box, or just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to contact us immediately, we will resend the order information to you as soon as possible.
Part III: Re-gain the license code and receipt/invoice.
If you can’t find your order email, you still can regain your license code or other order information. Visit the order management page: https://admin.mycommerce.com/app/cs/lookup. Enter your email address, Last 5 Digits of Credit Card or order ID, you will see all your order information. If you forget your order ID, just contact us immediately by emailing at email@example.com
